I always wondered why we burn out on things and if there is a way to balance this out so we don’t burn out.

This may even be the reason why most people fail online.

Can you really balance this and not burn out?

Balancing is one of the most important things you can do to stay happy and avoid failure.

You need to balance everything in your life, not just your content online because if you don’t, you can hate life altogether.

Yes, it’s possible to have a balance between work and life but that will be up to you on how and what takes priority.

Balancing your life can be hard but you need to sit down and write this out, Figure out what is important and what isn’t.

How to balance life and work!

The best way to do this is to write down your needs and wants and make a sacrifice and start taking things out.

For example — watching Netflix on your day off all day when you should be putting some of that time into your side hustle.

The same thing when it comes to social media stop watching tik tok videos for hours and do something with the things that need to be done.

Time management is the most important thing you can do to get things done.

So figure out your days and start scheduling and managing your life.

What I am saying is to stop consuming so much and start creating instead.

Final thoughts

I struggle with this a lot I have been working on this for a while and the best thing I have done is to just delete the apps that I don’t use or create content on.

That is hard at first but once it’s gone you realize that it just wasting your time.

So yes I do take creating more and stop consuming seriously I have gotten better at it and this year I am motivated to create a lot more than before so I wonder where this journey is going to take me.
